SHIPPING
For Domestic sales we ship with the United State Postal Service and use USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground for items weighing four pounds and up.  Please note that these services do not provide tracking information.  They can however, provide a confirmation of delivery.

Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses
Items delivered to P.O. Boxes weighing Four (4) Pounds or more will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.

International Shipping
For International sales we ship with the United States Postal Service and use USPS Express Mail with tracking.

RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of Delivery.  No Returns on CLOSE OUT ITEMS.  Item(s) MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  Due to manufacturer's policy.  Warrantied or Defective Items Must Be Returned Directly to Manufacturers.  You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizzation) Number before returning an item to us.  We do not accept returns on opened RTR's, Nitro Engines, or Electronics.  

NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUND.  MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE BUYER

1) Item must be unopened
2) Request RMA number by email at ebay - subject: RETURNS

Include in the body of email the following information:
Name as it appears on your Ebay/ Account
Ebay item number / Product item number of your purchase
Address on your Ebay/ Account
Email Address
Reason for return or exhange

Note:  The instructions above must be carefully followed to process your RMA request. 

3) Upon approval we will send you an email with your RMA number
4) When you are ready to send the package back please include a copy of the email with the RMA number.
